When you are done, click on the Send My Order button at the bottom of the order page. Our computer system will automatically send you an email letting you know that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email within a reasonable amount of time (allow at least 30 minutes), we did not receive your order!
Within 48 hours, we will acknowledge your order, let you know how
long it will take to ship after receipt of payment, total cost including
shipping, and payment options and instructions. To preview the payment

(NOTE: If we are away at a Faire or War, you may not hear from us until
we return home (this is never more than 4 days). Please check our
SCHEDULE.
If we have your item(s) in stock, shipment normally ship within 2
of days of receipt of payment. If we have to make the item(s) for you,
we will normally ship in about 10 days, depending on the item. If we
foresee any delays, we will let you know in your order acknowledgement.
If you need your garb by a specific date, please say so when you
place your order. We will try to accommodate you; however, a RUSH
charge may be required.
All
shipments to the U.S.A. are made by USPS Confirmed Priority Mail
. Most US areas west of the Mississippi get their order
within 2 days of shipment, east of the Mississippi in 2-3 Days.
Foreign shipments are sent either Airmail Letter Post
or Airmail Parcel Post, depending on the weight of the package and
usually arrive within 10 days. (Global Priority or Express upon request)
(Customs delays can sometimes be a problem in overseas deliveries.)
