Returns Policy

 

We will exchange or refund according to the following rules.
Returns must be made with prior authorization and WITHIN 30 DAYS.

• If you ordered a regularly stocked item and the size you ordered doesn't fit; or if you ordered the wrong color; then we will exchange it for the proper size or color, and you will pay shipping charges for the replacement. We will NOT give a refund!

• If you ordered a regularly stocked item and the size or color you ordered was not the size or color we sent you (i.e. it was our error), or if the product is defective, we will exchange it without charge, or refund the purchase price upon its return.

• If you ask us to make an item, like a doublet, and you specified the wrong size, each case will be handled on an individual basis. Criteria will include whether the size and/or color combination you ordered is resalable, and whether we can create another one in the requested size. (We may no longer have any of that particular fabric.)

NOTE: Exchanges will not be shipped until we receive the returned item. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge.


Not sure about a color or fabric? Ask for a swatch before ordering. We will NOT exchange or refund because "the color isn't quite what I expected it to be."
